Welcome to Lufkin Alterations Professional Repairs LLC. By using our services or opting into SMS communications, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services & Shop Policies
- Pickup & Rework: Customers are encouraged to try on altered garments upon pickup. We offer a 7-day rework window from the pickup date for fitting adjustments related to the original work requested.
- Refund Policy: All labor sales are final; no refunds are issued for completed labor.
- Turnaround Times: Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days. Rush options (ahead of the line at +30%, same-day rush at +50%) are subject to tailors' daily capacity and approval.
2. SMS Notifications & Messaging Terms
- Program Description: By providing your mobile number at intake or opting in verbally, you consent to receive transactional text updates regarding your order status (e.g., ready-for-pickup notifications) and responses to your customer service inquiries.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your order status and service requests.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel or opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP. After texting STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive text notifications.

3. Limitation of Liability
Lufkin Alterations Professional Repairs LLC is not responsible for garments left uncollected for more than 60 calendar days following initial pickup notification, nor for pre-existing fabric damage, wear, or dry-cleaning deterioration.
